Do My Pies Need to Be Refrigerated?
Please refrigerate our Cheesecakes, Key Lime Pie, and Banana Pudding Pie. These flavors are best served chilled, but we recommend letting them sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving to soften the cookie cup.
Our Fruit Crumbs, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Brookie can be kept at room temperature and enjoyed as-is or warmed up using the instructions below.
How Are My Pies Shipped?
Each pie is placed into a specially designed tray and labeled with a flavor sticker before being carefully packed into our 8-count shipping box. The box is then placed inside a biodegradable insulated shipper with dry ice to help maintain freshness during transit.
Because our pies are made with real ingredients and a clean label, shipping methods vary by flavor to ensure they arrive fresh and at their best. Most flavors ship via 2-day delivery, while Cheesecakes, Key Lime Pie, and Banana Pudding Pie ship overnight.
How Long Do My Pies Stay Fresh?
Our Cheesecakes, Key Lime Pie, and Banana Pudding Pie can be refrigerated for up to 5–7 days. Fruit Crumbs, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Brookie can be kept at room temperature for 5–7 days as well.
What Are My Pie Heating Instructions?

- If frozen, bake for 30 minutes or until desired internal temperature is achieved
- If thawed, allow to sit at room temperature until thawed completely then bake for 10–12 minutes or until desired internal temperature is achieved
